Rhonda began her insurance career in 1987 as a Customer Service Assistance for Insurance Service Agency in Duluth, MN. In 1990, she took a position with RJA Companies in Eden Prairie, MN, as an Account Manager for commercial property & casualty insurance, focusing on marketing and customer relations. In 1996, she joined Otis-Magie Insurance Agency, and is currently the Commercial Lines Manager. In addition to managing, she continues to focus on large commercial accounts, with an emphasis on marketing, risk analysis, and customer relations.

Rhonda earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1994.
Continued educational studies relating to insurance and business operations are an ongoing objective for Rhonda to meet the needs of the agency's clients.

Linda joined Otis-Magie in 2002, after having worked as a receptionist with another agency. She is currently certified for property and casualty lines of coverage and works with renewals, endorsements and cancellations. Linda thinks the people at Otis-Magie are fantastic to work with and appreciates the support provided by management and her co-workers.

Claims Processor

Judy's insurance career began in the 1970s in Grand Marais. She has since moved to Duluth and joined the team at Al Robins Agency which ultimately brought her to Otis-Magie. Judy is licensed in Minnesota for property and casualty coverage and currently does claims processing for both personal and commercial lines of coverage. She has enjoyed being a part of the largest insurance agency north of the Twin Cities. She loves the Otis-Magie community and the way that knowledge and expertise are shared to make customer service the top priority.

Pamela Carlson
Commercial Lines CSR

Pam has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years and of that 10 have been with Otis-Magie. Pam started in the Personal Lines department in 1998 as a Customer Service Representative and then in 2008 moved into the Commercial Lines department as a processor. Pam is a vital member of her department and provides valuable assistance to our Customer Service Reps in our office and also in Hibbing. She is currently working on obtaining her CISR designation.

Jodi Martin
Receptionist/Billing Clerk

Jodi has been a part of the Otis-Magie team since 2004. Jodi is our receptionist and billing clerk. Jodi works in a fast pace office and is responsible for answering the telephones and assisting clients with payment and billing questions. She also performs multiple tasks and helps with special projects in our Personal lines department.

Marie joined the Commercial Lines department at Otis Magie in 2009 after 16 years at another local agency. Marie has held her Property and Casualty license since 1991 and also holds her CISR designation accreditation. She has a long background in customer service and enjoys working with clients and the team atmosphere in the agency. .

Jennifer joined the Otis Magie team in April of 2011 as the receptionist/office assistant. She was promoted in June to the Commercial Lines department as a processor. In this position she works closely with the Customer Service Reps in our office to help meet the needs of our clients.

Receptionist-Office Assistant

Tennille is responsible for assisting clients on the telephone and who arrive in our office. Tennille performs many functions that help all areas of our agency and also takes on special projects when needed. Tennille's position is very important to our agency as she is the first staff member that a current or perspective client will seek assistance from.
